Middle school and high school are some of the most formative years of life. Questions get bigger. Friendships matter more. Faith starts becoming personal. Portrait Students exists to help teens see Jesus clearly, practice his way of life, and grow together in community. Our goal isn’t to create perfect teenagers–it’s to walk alongside students as they learn what it means to follow Jesus in real life.

What Happens at Portrait Students

Our gatherings create space for young teens to build friendships, explore faith, and learn how to practice the way of Jesus together.

A typical night includes:

Community

Students spend time connecting with one another, building friendships that extend beyond Sunday.

Teaching

We open Scripture and explore what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life—at school, at home, and with friends.

Discussion

Students have space to ask honest questions, share what they’re learning, and talk about how faith connects to real life.

Prayer

We pray for one another and learn to bring both the good and the difficult parts of life to God together.

A Place to Belong

We know that teens are navigating a lot.

Pressure. Expectations. Identity. Doubt. Friendship. Faith.

Portrait Teens is a place where they can grow in faith, in character, and in community—surrounded by leaders who care about them and point them toward Jesus.

Grow Together

We believe discipleship works best when the church and families partner together.

Our leaders aim to support parents by helping students develop:

• A growing relationship with Jesus
• Meaningful friendships rooted in faith
• Habits that shape a lifelong walk with God

We Saved a Spot For You

If you’re a middle school or high school student looking for community—or a parent hoping to help your teen grow in faith—we’d love to help you get connected.
